Pre-Order Policy

By placing a pre-order with Express Pokémail, you are agreeing to all of the following terms and conditions.

Barring any manufacturing/allocation issues, you are guaranteed the item you pre-ordered. Your pre-order will be shipped as soon as we receive stock.

Below is some useful information about our pre-order policy:

- All pre-orders will be charged immediately at the time of purchase - not shipment.

- If you order multiple items that are both in stock and pre-order, they will not ship unless everything is in stock.

- All release dates are estimates from the supplier / manufacturer.

- All preorders are subject to suppliers allocation.

- If you would like to adjust your preorder, you can do so! You do not have to make a separate order, as long as the item is in stock at the time we attempt to adjust your order.  Please contact support@expresspokemail.com with your order number and adjustment request to prevent any delays in this process.

- If you need to cancel your pre-order please contact support@expresspokemail.com.   Any accounts that excessively cancels pre orders, will no longer be able to pre order. 
Cancellation Policy
Preorders may be cancelled up to 60 days after purchase. A 5% cancellation fee can be applied to any canceled orders.
